Overviews of agriculture, forestry, agroforestry, nontimber forest products, water resources, certification, and development issues. Latin American focus but also includes case studies from other developing regions of the world.
Class Time: 40% Lecture, 25% Discussion, 15% Student Presentation, 20% Guest Speakers.
